The invention ensures a high level for securing the communication between telecommunication users, like mobile and/or fixed telephony, by introducing the model of biometric security with the assigned label, using their own way for generating the protocol of communication between users, for identifying the owner/user of the telephony device that made the phone calls, also the called device, for creating and accessing the database with information regarding users. Also, the invention ensures an accessible way of using the telephone device in communication operations with other users and the access to the telephone device.
