MICROBIAL COMPOSITION FOR AGRICULTURAL USE
A Romanian research institute designed a microbial composition for biological control of soil pests and diseases in agriculture and developed the process for preparing it. The main innovative aspect and advantage of the offer: It is obtained from regenerable natural resources and biofuels by-products and waste. Type of partner sought: manufactures company to produce and sale it under license agreement.
Romanian Research Institute invention relates to a microbial composition, ideal for plant nutrition and crop protection in organic farming practice and to a process of preparation thereof. Bioactive component is selected based on the target biological species of antagonistic microorganisms (which produce metabolites with properties similar to conventional agrochemical substances). The conditioning formula of antagonistic microorganisms ensures the bio-product stability, cell viability and receptivity of the composition for natural absorbers. Biochemical composition is an ecological gel-based formulation with natural active ingredients that forms boiodegradable biofilms on drying. It is used on organic farms by incorporating in green crop mulch (bioactive mulch), by inoculating cultures chopped green cruciferous plants, followed by drying, granulation, pelleting (bioactive soil improver) and by bioconversion of lignocellulosic exhausted mushroom substrate (soil biofertilizer).
