Cleaning and rehabilitation portable facility of transport capacity for lubrication pipes of the plane valves
This invention relates to a portable facility cleaning and rehabilitation of transport capacity for plane valve lubrication pipes, used in hydroelectric plants.
Mobile plant cleaning and rehabilitation of transmission capacity for lubricating plane valves pipes used in the hydroelectric plants, according to the invention comprises a rectangular frame made of metal profile, not present in the drawings attached to a volumetric pump P is mounted with pneumatic actioning that is coupled to a compressor C which provides a pressure of 4 to 10 bar. P pump circuit is provided with a compressor C with a 0 to 400 bar gauge M by which pressure can be controlled.
The pump P is connected through a circuit of two reservoirs R1 and R2 with a capacity of 20 kg each. R1 contains hydraulic oil tank H9 / 1, which is used for cleaning and greasetank R2 contains LiC2 , 40 µm, used for lubrication operation. Through a hydraulic hose F, the pump P is connected with a quick coupling pipe located on CR quick muff.
The three circuits connecting the compressor C to pump P, R1and R2 tank quick coupling CR, are provided with check valve SS1, SS2 and SS3 and valves r1, r2 and r3.
The technical problem the invention solves is to enable clean or unclog pipe operation, also lubrication of this pipelines to wich the acces is difficult.
According to the invention, the device presents the following advantages:
- new installation;
- simple construction;
- it applies into installation for degreasing plane valves bottom of the dam.
