1. The invention refers to a centrifugal impeller with an annular nervure positioned on the cover. This centrifugal impeller is the main part of a centrifugal compressor, which can be used in both ground (natural gas transport, turbochargers, refining systems, refrigeration cycles, industrial gas turbines) and aerospace (gas turbines for helicopters, missiles, aircrafts).
2. The invention refers to a combustion chamber capable to use automotive gas and also gaseous fuels like LPG, butane, propane one at a time or mixed.
1. 1. This invention improves the performance of centrifugal impeller due to annular nervure that is optimally placed in bladed region of centrifugal impeller. Through the optimal placement of the annular nervure on cover, in bladed region, the laminar boundary layer becomes turbulent; therefore, the boundary layer separation is much delayed and even avoided.
2. This combustion chamber is capable to function with two fuels (liquid or gaseous fuels)
1. compression ratio increases with 2 - 3%; efficiency increases with 1 - 2%; energy consumption decreases with 1 - 2%
2. it is easy to maintain and clean; low production cost; high efficiency; can operate with liquid and gaseous fuels (both separately and simultaneously); turning the camera does not require air support so an additional energy source isn’t need; pulsating combustion therefore low emissions.
